SHORT DESCRIPTION SUMMARIZING POSITION FUNCTIONS

Teach and conduct research in Accountancy.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels.
  • Tenure-track faculty are expected to conduct research in Accountancy.
  • Senior faculty are expected to provide leadership in the department, the university, and in the Accountancy discipline.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates at advanced ranks must possess a PhD degree; candidates for assistant professor must possess or be near completion of a PhD degree.
  • Demonstrated teaching effectiveness, strong research and leadership, potential commensurate with position sought.

SALARY: Salary will be commensurate with rank and experience.

APPOINTMENT STATUS: Tenure-Track positions.

PROPOSED STARTING DATE: June 16, 2018 or August 16, 2018.
