Assistant Director of McGrath Theology Online (STEP) will direct the McGrath Institute for Church Life’s online learning program in Spanish. The Assistant Director must be completely bilingual (English and Spanish) with intercultural competency. The preferred candidate will have worked in pastoral ministry (at a parish or diocesan level) for five years. They must have a master’s degree in theology. In addition to working with McGrath Theology Online, the Assistant Director will work in close collaboration with Diocesan directors of Hispanic Ministry, catechesis, and evangelization around the United States in assisting the McGrath Institute in implementing recommendations from the V Encuentro. The Assistant Director will also guide and direct scholars and pastoral leaders to produce theologically sound and pedagogically effective courses and other digital content in Spanish.
- MA in Theology
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- 5 years of experience in parish or diocese
Experience working in Hispanic Ministry in the Church
