The Helen DeVos College of Educations invites applications for a tenure track position in Elementary Education beginning August 1, 2017.

Applicants should have a Ph.D. or Ed.D in Elementary Education or in a related field, with demonstrated expertise and passion for teaching. Experience in the areas of curriculum instruction, pedagogy (methods), reading, or assessment is required.

Responsibilities may include teaching courses in the principles of education, methods for teaching, curriculum instruction, reading, and assessment. Experience in the K-8 setting is required and college teaching experience is preferred.

The Helen DeVos College of Education is currently accredited by NCATE transitioning to CAEP in 2017. This position is in the Department of Early Childhood, Elementary, and Special Education.
