The Pott College of Science, Engineering, and Education at the University of Southern Indiana invites applications for an Instructor or tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Engineering with a start date of August 2019. Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field required for rank of instructor. Doctorate in electrical engineering or a related field is required for rank of Assistant and Associate. ABD candidates may be considered. The rank of the initial appointment will be commensurate with the applicant’s level of graduate degree and teaching experience. This position includes classroom teaching assignments in introductory-level general engineering and technology courses as well as advanced undergraduate courses in electrical engineering, and direction of student design projects. It is expected that this faculty member will have a research agenda that leads to scholarly works and the engagement of undergraduate students.
