Mississippi University for Women College of Business and Professional Studies is seeking applications for a full-time (teaching 12 hours per semester), nine-month, Instructor of Finance and Economics in the Department of Business beginning August 2018. The preferred candidate will hold Masters in Finance or Economics or closely related field and appropriate credentials to meet regional and programmatic accreditation standards in both Finance and Economics.
Primary responsibilities will include both online and face-to-face instruction at the undergraduate level, excellence in teaching, student advising and mentoring, assistance with program assessment and reporting, supporting efforts to recruit new students and secure program growth, continued innovation in curriculum and educational delivery, as well as other departmental duties as assigned. Experience with online and nontraditional student populations is preferred.
