Job Description Summary:

Job ID: 5723

Visiting Assistant Professor/instructor (multiple positions) to teach in some of the following areas: software engineering, systems, algorithms, web programming, and/or other computer science and software engineering areas; advise students. Position for fall (2018) and spring (2019) semesters.

Duties/Physical Demands:

Teach full load of undergraduate courses, likely at the lower level in the following areas: software engineering, systems, algorithms, web programming, and other computer science and software engineering areas; advise students.

Minimum Qualifications:

Earned doctorate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field by date of appointment (for appointment as Visiting Assistant Professor); Master’s or ABD (for appointment as Instructor) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in teaching Computer Science.
