Our instructors provide high-quality academic experiences and support students as they work toward their educational goals. Online faculty members work collaboratively in a supportive academic environment, partnering with student advising and the academic team to ensure that each student has the support, tools and resources he or she need to be successful.
- Students will examine STEM applications of statistical inferential using scripting languages. Learn how to solve statistical problems through the use of advanced statistical computer coding. Develop in-depth knowledge of the probability distributions, sampling distributions, estimation, hypothesis testing, and linear regression.
- Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related STEM field
- Professional programming experience using Python
- Teaching Experience highly preferred
Instructors must be willing to provide a high level of student outreach and have the availability to connect with students, academic advisors and team leads on a frequent basis. Instructors in this course must also be engaging, offering an increased and innovative presence in the online classroom to best serve the student and facilitate student success. Instructors should expect to provide substantial student feedback and offer a quick turnaround on grades.
