The School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts is seeking a part-time lecturer to teach a beginning Graphic Design class in fall 2019. This Continuing Education course is also open to Tufts students other than those working towards BFA degrees. Additional instructional opportunities are available in the Graphic Design Certificate program to teach Color Theory for Print and Digital.
Candidates must have at least an MFA, MDes, or MAGD. Classroom teaching experience is required; ideally, candidates will have some prior experience teaching graphic design or visual communication design. Candidates must also demonstrate that they are able to teach students how words, images, motion, and sound work together to produce effective communication pieces in both print and digital media.
