Job description

The Department of Social Work at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is seeking two tenure track faculty members or clinical instructors.

Minimum Qualifications: For appointment as a tenure track faculty member—A doctoral degree in social work or a closely related discipline, an MSW from a CSWE-accredited program, and at least two years full-time post-MSW employment in social work. Teaching experience at undergraduate or graduate level.

For appointment as a clinical instructor–An MSW from a CSWE-accredited program and at least two years full-time post-MSW employment in social work. Teaching experience at undergraduate or graduate level.

Preferred Qualifications: Commitment to equity and inclusiveness and ability to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to campus. Ability to teach a broad array of courses across a generalist social work curriculum.

Duties: For appointment as a tenure track faculty member–Teach four courses per semester as well as engage in scholarship, academic advising, and service to the university and community.

For appointment as a clinical instructor–Teach four courses per semester, provide academic advising, and engage in service to the university and community.
