Job description

Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, an AACSB accredited Jesuit/Catholic University, invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track AACSB qualified teaching professor position in the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Williams College of Business.

The position, beginning in Fall 2018, entails teaching courses in several of the following areas: operations, organizational behavior, communications, strategy and other courses commensurate with department needs. This includes both undergraduate and graduate courses. Proficiency with online teaching is highly desired. With close ties to Cincinnati’s business community, our Department provides education, training, and real-life business experiences to undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA students in face-to-face and online formats. Experiential-based teaching is valued as class sizes are typically less than 30 students.

Successful candidates will teach 4 courses or 12 credit hours each semester. All candidates must have at least a master’s degree in Business or a related field and meet AACSB requirements for teaching professors. A PhD is preferred but not required.

This position is expected to start in Fall 2018. The search committee will continue to accept applications until the position is filled.
