Visiting Assistant Professor in Engineering at Tulane
The School of Science and Engineering at Tulane University invites applications for a two-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in Engineering to begin in January 2019. The VAP position carries a (3,3) teaching load during the academic year, and it carries a competitive salary and benefits commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications.
A doctorate in engineering is required. Candidates must be outstanding at teaching and will be expected to teach a variety of courses in Engineering Physics and Biomedical Engineering, with specifics depending on the candidate’s qualifications and background. Applications from candidates with a background and interest in circuits/electronics courses and/or programming (MATLAB) courses are especially welcome.
