Job description

The Psychology Department at Franklin & Marshall College invites applications for a visiting assistant professor (if earned by July 1, 2018) and/or visiting instructor (if ABD) during academic year 2018-2019. Appointment is for a one-year term starting July 1, 2018 with possibility of extension for a second year contingent upon teaching performance and administrative approval. Teaching load is 3/2. Successful candidates will teach Biological Psychology and contribute to one or more teaching areas: Conditioning & Learning, Introductory Psychology, and/or Experimental Design and Statistics. The department is committed to excellence in teaching and scholarship, emphasizing student research and laboratory experience throughout the curriculum.
