Instructional, Temporary, Exempt , Contract Position
JOB SUMMARY:
The SVSU English Department seeks qualified instructors to teach one or more courses in Fall 2023 and/or Winter 2024. Possible courses include introductory composition, developmental writing, developmental reading, and General Education courses in writing and in literature. Instructors must be available for in-person, on-campus teaching.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in English (or closely related field).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Teaching experience in either high school or college English courses strongly preferred.
