The Department of Special Education at Kutztown University invites applications for a temporary, part-time position at the instructor level for the Fall 2019 semester. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly growth; and service. Required: Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field, Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS) and/or five years teaching experience as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired. Responsibilities include teaching an undergraduate course in orientation and mobility and intern supervision. Successful interview required.
