Founded in 1934, Jacksonville University is a private, comprehensive university on the shore of the St. Johns River in Jacksonville, Florida. The University has a growing enrollment of more than 3,700 undergraduate and graduate students from 45 states and more than 40 countries taught by 188 regular faculty and 138 part-time. The diverse student body consists of 31 percent representing Asian, Latino, African American and Native Americans.
