Job description
Saint Martin’s University is a Catholic, Benedictine liberal arts institution rooted in the Catholic Intellectual Tradition, affirming the harmony of faith and reason, the dignity of every person, and the lifelong pursuit of truth. Guided by the Hallmarks of Benedictine Education and our core commitments to Faith, Reason, Service, and Community, we foster a welcoming and hospitable campus where faculty and staff of all backgrounds are invited to share their gifts in service of students and mission.
At the heart of Saint Martin’s is a ministry of education in the liberal arts—forming students as whole persons, cultivating wisdom, and preparing graduates to contribute to the common good. We seek colleagues who are inspired to partner with the monks of Saint Martin’s Abbey in this shared work: educating with care, accompanying students on their journey, and engaging in personal and communal transformation.
Position Summary
Saint Martin’s University invites applications for the position of Vice President of Business and Chief Financial Officer (VPB/CFO). Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the Executive Cabinet, the VPB/CFO provides leadership for the University’s financial and administrative operations while advancing the institution’s strategic priorities.
