REVIEW DATE: MAY 6, 2026
SALARY: $47,555 – BACHELOR’S DEGREE
$51,250 – MASTER’S DEGREE
$55,800 – DOCTORATE DEGREE
New faculty may receive up to a 20% increase above the minimum base salary to recognize direct, job-related college teaching or other professional experience and/or extenuating labor market conditions, if requested by the recommending administrator and verified by Human Resources as justified.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
At a minimum, the selected candidate must have the following:
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing under the direction of a Master’s prepared mentor
- 2 years clinical experience
- Florida or Compact Florida Inclusive RN license
For ASN clinical courses:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 2 years’ experience
- Florida or Compact Florida Inclusive RN or APRN license
For PRN courses:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Associate in Science in Nursing under the direction of a BSN prepared mentor
- 3 years clinical experience
- Florida or Compact Florida Inclusive RN license
For PN clinical courses:
- Associate in Science in Nursing
- 1 year experience
- Florida or Compact Florida Inclusive RN or APRN license
