Posting Summary

The Division of Life Sciences, Rutgers, The State University, Piscataway/New Brunswick campus, has an opening for one-year non tenure track Instructor non renewable position for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027 academic year. Primary teaching responsibility will be in Microbiology for the Health Sciences and Lab, a large introductory undergraduate course for students in the allied health professions. Experience teaching microbiology lecture and lab at a university level is required. Experience teaching with a class size greater than 100 students and experience in the implementation of active learning pedagogy is preferred.Position Status: Full Time
