Responsibility / Duty
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in general education and High Incidence Disabilities.
Developing and teaching courses related to behavior analysis and the CABAS model, as well as mentoring and supervising students.
Supervise practicum and residency experiences.
Percentage Of Time: 60
Responsibility / Duty
Advise students and hold 10 office hours per week.
Serve on department, college, and university committees.
Participate in program development and accreditation processes.
Percentage Of Time: 20
Responsibility / Duty
Collaborate with stakeholders (local schools and school systems).
Provide service within the university, to state and local educational agencies, and to relevant
professional organizations. Service includes training provided to CABAS schools. Service can also include committee assignments, recruitment events, work with student organizations, and other acts of service as needed

Responsibility / Duty
Engage in research and publish in scholarly journals in the field of behavior analysis and education.
Percentage Of Time: 10
Minimum Education Required
- A terminal degree (PhD) and advanced expertise in applied behavior analysis, research methods, and teaching.
- A doctoral degree in a relevant field such as behavior analysis or education.
- Familiarity with data analysis and behavior assessment tools.
- A CABAS professional rank of master teacher or above is required.
- BCBA certification is required
Other Minimum Requirements
- Certified to teach in a P-12 setting
- 3 years of successful teaching in the P-12 setting as demonstrated by evaluations
- Strong communication, mentorship, and organizational skills.
