We are inviting applications from highly research-active candidates for the positions of full-time Assistant Professor/Associate Professor in ECONOMICS AND PSYCHOLOGY (preferably with a strong quantitative/statistical background).

Faculty responsibilities include but are not limited to teaching, advising students, participating in faculty colloquia, and academic administration. A Ph.D. is required at the time of application. Our expectation is that a successful applicant will:

1. Undertake independent high-quality research as well as work actively with existing members to build a strong interdisciplinary community of scholars who are committed to delivering cutting-edge research and innovation2. Translate research findings into evidence-based practices, programs and policies3. Remain committed to excellence in teaching- a core value of FLAME University- and adopt creative pedagogies that foster cultures of inclusion and diversity.
