A member of the statewide University of Arkansas System, UA Little Rock is governed by the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas and the chancellor reports to the president of the UA System. Under the chancellor’s leadership, university affairs will be conducted in accordance with state law and the policies and procedures established by the president and the Board of Trustees.
