Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in sports nutrition, clinical nutrition, food and nutrition, exercise physiology, or related area, and two (2) years of experience in nutrition counseling.

Must be a registered dietitian with active registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association; Certification/Licensure as required by state of practice.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Special Conditions:
The department is especially interested in candidates who have experience in sports nutrition, as well as are Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), and have previous experience working in a collegiate athletics environment.

Hiring Range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Ability to demonstrate leadership and, organizational skills and attention to detail.
Possess excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
Strong interest in providing academic and personal support to student-athletes and serving as a mentor to nutrition and dietetic students.
