The University of Jamestown is seeking a broadly trained biologist to serve as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Natural Science. The position is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2025.
Minimum requirements:
- Master’s degree in biology or a related field
Preferred requirements:
- Doctorate in biology or a related field.
- Previous higher education teaching experience.
- Passion for excellence in teaching.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will teach human anatomy and physiology and have the opportunity to teach other courses related to their interests and expertise. These could include introductory or non-majors courses, or upper-level courses in ecology, zoology, evolution or development.
