Candidate Profile
Responsibilities
- Being appointed as a Lecturer at the university.
- Being sent on a full scholarship to pursue a PhD in Instructional Design at a prestigious university in Europe or the USA.
- Completing the PhD program within the specified timeframe as per university regulations.
- Upon return, teaching courses in instructional design, learning theories, and educational technology.
- Contributing to curriculum development and the design of digital learning materials.
- Participating in academic research and faculty service after completing the degree.
Qualification
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
- Excellent academic record (minimum GPA 3.5/4 or equivalent).
- High proficiency in English (TOEFL iBT 90+ or IELTS 6.5+).
- Strong research potential and a clear motivation for pursuing a PhD in Instructional Design.
- Ability to obtain admission from a top-ranked university in Europe or the USA (support provided).
- Commitment to return and work at the university after graduation.
