Kansas Wesleyan University is seeking applicants for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management. Reporting directly to the President, this executive leadership role provides strategic vision and oversight for student recruitment, admissions, financial aid, enrollment operations, marketing, and online presence. The Vice President is responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment strategy that supports institutional growth, enhances net tuition revenue, strengthens student quality and retention, and ensures sound student financial planning. The position aligns enrollment initiatives with the university’s mission and strategic priorities while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and student-centered service that advances overall student and institutional success.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  1. Strategic Oversight of Enrollment and enrollment Marketing Operations
  2. Strategic Leadership for Admissions and Student Financial Planning Initiatives
  3. Budget Development and Fiscal Oversight for Enrollment Operations
  4. Campus and Community Engagement Outreach
  5. Executive Leadership and Institutional Enrollment Strategy
