Trinity Washington University seeks adjunct faculty members to teach for Spring 2019.

  • CHEM 113 (8 credits): Chemistry for the Health Sciences meets T/Th, 12:00-1:15 + Lab 1:30-4:30
  • CHEM 224 (1 credit): Organic Chemistry Laboratory II meets Th 1:30-4:30
  • CHEM 350 (3 credits): Forensic Instrumental Analysis meets TTh 10:30-11:45
  • CHEM 351 (1 credit): Forensic Instrumental Analysis Laboratory meets W 1:30-5:30

QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have earned at least a Master’s degree from an accredited institution in chemistry or a related discipline and be able to demonstrate strong teaching skills.

Official transcripts for all degrees earned, sample course syllabi, course evaluations and/or other evidence of teaching effectiveness, and contact information for three professional references will be needed if the candidate is invited to campus for an interview. Knowledge of best teaching practices is required. Finalists will be invited to campus for an interview and teaching demonstration. Preference given to candidates who demonstrate excellence with engaged and active learning practices.
