Saginaw Valley State University invites applications for One-Year Temporary Assistant Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering position to begin August 2018. The successful candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate courses in embedded systems, applied electromagnetics, electronic circuits and/or communications. The teaching responsibilities will total to approximately 12-14 contact hours per semester.
Candidates must hold a minimum of a master’s degree, preferably a Ph.D. degree or ABD, in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related area. Candidates must have demonstrated evidence of prior teaching experience.
Demonstrated success in teaching and mentoring undergraduates is desirable.
Industrial experience is desirable.
