The Gordon Ford College of Business is AACSB accredited in both business and accounting and currently offers undergraduate majors in Entrepreneurship, Management, International Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, and Marketing. There are also several minors within the College including Entrepreneurship, International Business and Business Administration. Graduate programs include a Master of Arts in Economics, Master’s in Accountancy, and a comprehensive MBA. The Management Department houses the largest number of majors within the College, and is one of the largest programs on campus.
Applications are being sought for a tenure-eligible position at the Assistant Professor level (ABD, entry level or advanced) in Strategic Management/Organization Management, commencing August 15, 2018. Anticipated teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in strategic management, organizational management, and other related areas. The successful candidate will have demonstrated capability for high-impact scholarly research and excellent teaching in an environment where collaboration and collegiality are valued. Service to the department, college, university, and the profession is expected. Business and related experience, applied research, and grant/fund raising capabilities are valuable assets.
Candidates must have a completed Ph.D. or nearly completed Ph.D. degree from an AACSB accredited institution in a field such as strategic management, organizational management, or related field.
