This opening is for a 9-month tenure-track faculty position in the Department of Chemistry at the Assistant Professor or higher level in the area of Inorganic chemistry with experience in material science/material chemistry. A Ph.D. in Inorganic chemistry is required. The successful candidate should be able to teach Inorganic chemistry at the undergraduate and graduate levels, general chemistry courses, and courses aligned with the candidate’s expertise. The development of a vibrant research program with extramural funding involving undergraduate and graduate research students is required. Additional responsibilities will include mentoring/advising as well as service on academic committees.
