The School of Business at St. John Fisher College, located in Rochester, New York, seeks a full-time Tenure Track Assistant Professor of Human Resources Management.
Accredited by AACSB International, the School of Business at St. John Fisher College offers majors in Marketing, Management, Human Resource Management, Accounting and Finance. There are approximately 720 undergraduates enrolled in these majors and an additional 150 students enrolled in the MBA program.

St. John Fisher College offers 33 academic majors, as well as eleven pre-professional programs, ten master’s programs, and three doctoral programs; the College enrolls approximately 4,000 total undergraduate and graduate students. Teach three courses per semester including undergraduate sections of Human Resource Management and electives in the area of staffing, rewarding, and developing human resources. Produce and publish original scholarship in refereed journals to enable classification as a “Scholarly Academic” under the guidelines of AACSB International.
Education / Experience:
Prior to commencing employment, candidate must have completed all requirements to earn a Ph.D. degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources or Organizational Behavior, from an AACSB Accredited School of Business.
