The Opportunity: The Vice President for Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications reports to Barbara Lettiere, who began her tenure as Immaculata University’s first lay President in 2017. This new Vice Presidency, created to better align the goals of enrollment and marketing, will lead the development and implementation of the University’s enrollment strategy to recruit and enroll students for traditional and online undergraduate, non-traditional undergraduate, and graduate programs. S/he is responsible for the strategic enrollment growth in all venues across all delivery platforms of the University. Marketing responsibilities include the development of marketing materials and strategic campaigns for student recruitment using social media, web-based communications, website management, and printed materials. The marketing responsibilities also include the implementation of the University’s new branding, vision, strategy and public relations initiatives to support enrollment growth and to motivate alumni and donors. With a focus on new and innovative strategic planning, the Vice President will be supported in modernizing the standards for how the University recruits, markets, and communicates.

Qualifications: Immaculata University is looking for a seasoned administrator with an inspirational leadership style who possesses strong management skills, long-term vision, and a strategic mindset. The successful candidate will be highly collaborative in the development, implementation, and oversight of the strategic goals. Utilizing current trends, best practices, and previous experience, the successful candidate must have demonstrated experience and competence in employing a creative and data-driven approach to targeting and growing a student body for the University. The next Vice President for Enrollment Management, Marketing and Communications must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable judgement, discretion, and diplomacy. A history of fiscal responsibility and success in developing marketing and communication strategies to attract new students using the integration of social media and other technologies is necessary. The successful candidate will possess a high level of understanding of website design/functionality and digital analytics, familiarity with a social media suite, strong connotative skills, and the ability to analyze issues critically. A master’s degree is required.
