The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia (UVA) invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in the field of quantitative Marketing beginning in the fall of 2021. The position is open at the Assistant or untenured Associate Professor level.
Applicants must have a doctorate (ABD considered) in quantitative Marketing or a related field such as economics, computer science or statistics. Applicants for a position as an Assistant Professor must show potential for excellence in research and teaching. Applicants for Assistant and untenured Associate levels must have demonstrated an outstanding record of research productivity and impact that is managerially relevant. A record of success as a teacher, both in the MBA and executive programs, is required for the senior Assistant Professor applicants. A demonstrated desire and ability to teach quantitative marketing courses at the MBA level is preferred.
