The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business (LSB) invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Strategic Management starting fall 2021. We seek candidates who are effective teachers, scholars, and mentors to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in strategic management and Elon’s Core Curriculum. Typical teaching loads for junior faculty are five courses per year with additional opportunities for teaching releases and a pre-tenure teaching sabbatical. We prefer candidates with an earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited university in the field of strategic management or a related field and those with two-three years prior teaching experience and a publication record in refereed journals.
