Department: 172201 – Biological Sciences

Location: Raleigh, NC

Essential Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to teach an introductory microbiology course, coordinate laboratory courses on a rotating basis, be an academic advisor for Microbiology B.S. students, and teach an upper-level microbiology course in the discipline of their expertise. In addition to this teaching position, responsibilities may include mentoring/supervision of graduate teaching assistants, and/or other roles shaped by the needs of the department and the strengths and interests of the individual.

Requires doctor’s degree, an equivalent degree, or equivalent professional experience.
