University of the Ozarks invites applications for a current opening as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Business Administration/Management beginning August, 2018. Candidates should have earned a terminal degree in Business Administration or Management by the time of employment. Applicants should have a strong, interdisciplinary approach to both Business Administration and Management which may focus on specific applications related to international management, supervisory and/or human relations, operations management, and organizational theory. Experience in academic instruction, management, or general business applications is preferred. Opportunity to teach courses in the area of expertise and/or developing new courses is provided. Teaching will consist of up to 24 credits per academic year; academic advising to students and institutional/community service is expected.
