Department Summary

The Department of Learning Technologies focus is to enhance learning and performance through innovative research, teaching, and service focused on, but not limited to: learning technology, information, language, and computing technologies to advance learning, training, cognitive development, and human performance.

Position Summary

The Department of Learning Technologies in the College of Information at the University of North Texas seeks a full-time lecturer to:

  • Teach courses at the bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. level
  • Assist with recruitment

We anticipate a three course teaching load for each fall and spring semester with 10 hours per week dedicated to recruitment. The recruitment/teaching ration may be adjusted to meet departmental needs. Summer teaching is a possibility.

Minimum Qualifications

Ph.D. in Learning Technologies or a related field.

Experience in teaching in online environments.

Physical Requirements: Talk or Hear
