Job description

The Business and Economics Department of Wheaton College (Illinois) invites applicants for a tenure-track assistant professor position in accounting beginning in July 2026. Teaching responsibilities include multiple sections of introductory courses in financial and managerial accounting as well as upper-division elective courses in accounting or related business disciplines, which will be based on the successful candidate’s interests and experience.

A doctoral degree is required. Candidates should have a strong commitment to the liberal arts and the ability to integrate Christian values into their teaching. The salary range is $93,000 to $97,000.
