Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor in Biology. The full-time Assistant Professor holds a 10-month appointment with all rights and responsibilities of faculty appointment. Primary responsibility for faculty focuses on providing instruction in Biology courses and an effective environment for student learning, service, and scholarship. Qualifications for Internal Candidates
EXPERIENCE
At least one (1) year of teaching experience
EDUCATION
Master’s Degree and successful completion of 18 credit hours graduate study in Biology or a related discipline; Earned Doctorate Degree, preferred
TRAINING
General knowledge in a wide variety of Laboratory
SPECIAL SKILLS
Strong organizational and communication skills
