Job description

Felician University is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, goal-oriented admissions professional to serve as the Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions for Special Programs. The Associate Director plays a dual role in advancing undergraduate enrollment: leading institutional efforts to build access-focused pathways and partnerships, while also managing an assigned geographic recruitment territory. S/he is responsible for designing and overseeing special admission programs-including dual enrollment, early college initiatives, and community partnerships-as well as cultivating relationships with high schools. In addition, the Associate Director manages a travel territory, represents the university at events, and works closely with other admissions leaders to support the university’s broader enrollment goals.

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience in undergraduate admissions, recruitment, or outreach; proven experience working with diverse student populations, including first-generation; superior communication and public speaking skills; ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders; willingness and ability to travel; willingness and ability to work a flex schedule including evenings and weekends; demonstrated experience managing dual enrollment or early college programs; proven proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Slate) and student information systems (e.g., Colleague); ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.
