Description:

Boston College seeks applications for an Open Rank (Tenured or Tenure-Track) Faculty Position in the Seidner Department of Finance beginning fall 2026.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have their doctoral dissertation (in finance or related discipline) completed or near completion and show promise or evidence of significant scholarship and teaching ability at the graduate and undergraduate level. Particular areas of research include, but are not limited to, Market Efficiency, Liquidity, Asset Pricing, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, International Financial Markets, Banking, or Consumer Finance. Responsibilities of this position may include: advising and supervising students, serving on various departmental committees, participating in the development of departmental programs and courses, and organizing and participating in department seminars.
