PSYCHOLOGY INSTRUCTOR – 9 Month Contract Full-time Faculty Position (renewable contract position)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Psychology Instructor will teach 15 credit hours of classes each semester.The teaching assignment will include Introduction to Psychology and other related Psychology courses. All Allen instructors are expected to be prepared to teach in all modalities. The position is responsible for student recruitment and advising, academic program development and division participation,committee and task force service, and individual professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS: Master of Psychology or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 18 graduatecredit hours in Psychology is required. Experience in college teaching is preferred.

LOCATION: Iola, Kansas Campus office location. On-campus office hours are required of the position.

SALARY: MS/MA $44,437-$62,039; EdD/PhD $48,271-$78,205; based on education and experience.
