Job Description:

The Department of Speech Language Pathology (SLP) at Russell Sage College invites applications for a full-time faculty, 9-month Professor of the Practice position at the level of Assistant Professor within the SLP program effective Fall Semester 2026.

The estimated base academic year salary range for this position is $59,000- $64,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a NYS licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologist with, minimally, a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology. Expertise in speech sound disorders and child language disorders (including courses in phonetics and language development) is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with evidence of teaching, research and service that promotes educational and clinical excellence and cultivates a learner-centered environment; minimum of five years in the field of speech language pathology, including documented clinical practice; and strong technology skills, including Google Workspace.
