Job Description:
The William M. Lasky School of Business invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management position beginning August 2026.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching and strong research potential. Primary teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in areas such as strategic management, organizational behavior, human resources, international business, and entrepreneurship.
This position offers opportunities to contribute to the development of the school’s academic programs, engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, advise students, pursue scholarly and professional development, and provide service to the university community.
Requirements:
- A Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field is preferred (ABD candidates nearing completion will be considered).
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality undergraduate teaching.
- University-level teaching experience and research accomplishments preferred.
- Candidates with doctoral degrees outside management disciplines should have relevant professional experience in management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively and inclusively with a diverse student and faculty community.
