Key Responsibilities

- Support student recruitment and retention efforts
What We’re Looking For
- Earned a doctorate in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration, or a closely related field
- Experience in K-12 or higher education settings preferred
- Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student mentorship
- Demonstrated research potential or established scholarship record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of diverse learning needs and inclusive pedagogical approaches
