Washington & Jefferson College and its Department of Economics invite applications for a three-year, non-tenure track Assistant Professor or Instructor of Economics position, beginning in August 2025. Ph.D. or ABD in Economics is required. Responsibilities include teaching principles courses, upper-level electives in the area of specialty and directing senior capstone research. The ability to teach Principles of Macroeconomics and courses in Health Economics would be especially welcome. The teaching load is three courses four credit-hours each per semester. Salary and rank commensurate with degree and experience.
The successful candidate should be committed to working closely with students in a residential, undergraduate, liberal arts institution.
