Position Summary
La Salle University invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Assistant Professor position with a specialty in Digital Arts in the Department of Communication and Expressive Arts.
The department houses the Digital Arts major and minor. The ideal candidate for this position has a broad set of skills in design, including web and interactive design, typography, color theory, photography, digital audio, and other areas taught within La Salle’s Digital Arts program.
Essential Duties
- Teach 4 courses (12 credits) per semester.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Fine Arts or a Digital-Arts related field.
- Previous teaching experience.
- Professional experience in one’s area(s) of expertise.
Physical Requirements and/or Unusual Work Hours
- Evening hours may be required to teach an evening class and/or to participate in programmatic events.
