Position Summary:

Adams State University Online is currently seeking qualified adjunct faculty to design and teach engaging online courses in the following areas:

STEM: (Teach and the ability to build online courses)

  • Math 110 Introduction to Statistics
  • Math 104 Finite Mathematics
  • Math 106 College Algebra

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in a closely-related discipline, and at least 18 credit hours of graduate level math courses.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Mathematics.

Philosophy (Teach and the ability to build online courses)

  • PHIL 201-Introduction to Philosophy
  • PHIL 202: Ethics
  • PHIL 205-Logic and Critical Thinking

Minimum Requirement: Master’s degree in Philosophy or a closely related field.

Compensation: $75 per student per credit hour up to 22 total enrollment. These classes are three credit hours. Benefits include retirement and sick leave.
