Job description
Fixed term position provides high quality and engaging instruction in first- and second-year courses in Business Management/Business Administration for the Associate of Science and Associate of Applied Science programs. This position also will teach junior- and senior-level courses in the Bachelor of Applied Science: Professional Studies program. Teaching load may include courses such as: Accounting, Business Communication, Business Math, Introduction to Business, Business Ethics, Management & Organization, Marketing, Leadership, Problem-Solving in Organizations, Corporate Finance, Teambuilding, and/or Small Business Practices. Position typically requires a teaching load of the equivalent of 30 credits/year (15 credits/semester). Priority is on excellent teaching including in-person and online instruction, along with advising, assessment, service, student recruitment, curriculum development, articulation with high school and university faculty and professional development activities. Division responsibilities are described in the faculty employment policies section of the NWC Board Policy Manual.
Position begins Fall 2025 with faculty orientation on 8/14/25.
