Job description

Plaza College, located in Forest Hills, NY is seeking an Associate Director of Institutional Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development, implementation, and oversight of institutional assessment processes and strategies.
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative units to enhance assessment planning and data-informed decision-making.
  • Analyze and report on institutional effectiveness, learning outcomes, and accreditation requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance on assessment best practices and tools.
  • Manage assessment data systems and ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Contribute to accreditation reporting and institutional research initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in education, social sciences, or related field (doctorate preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in institutional assessment, accreditation, or institutional research.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with assessment platforms and data analysis tools (e.g., Watermark, SPSS, Tableau, Qualtrics).
