Post-doctoral Fellow in Silicon Carbide Devices Study in the Department of Physics (Ref.: 532911)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • work on a project related to silicon carbide
  • Design experiments and studies for bipolar degradation of SiC devices
  • coordinate data collection and analysis
  • support the organization of dissemination events
  • assist in the preparation of reports
  • perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Materials Sciences or Electronic Engineering
  • at least 1 year’s relevant working experience (including PhD research experience) in semiconductor device fabrication and characterization.
  • an excellent command of written and spoken English
  • good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • the ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines
  • the ability to work independently and in a team
  • self-motivated and responsible
