Post-doctoral Fellow in Silicon Carbide Devices Study in the Department of Physics (Ref.: 532911)

Duties and Responsibilities
- work on a project related to silicon carbide
- Design experiments and studies for bipolar degradation of SiC devices
- coordinate data collection and analysis
- support the organization of dissemination events
- assist in the preparation of reports
- perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- a Ph.D. degree in Physics, Materials Sciences or Electronic Engineering
- at least 1 year’s relevant working experience (including PhD research experience) in semiconductor device fabrication and characterization.
- an excellent command of written and spoken English
- good interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- the ability to work on a tight schedule to meet project deadlines
- the ability to work independently and in a team
- self-motivated and responsible
